THIS. I’m so done with fitspo images that have a body-shaming message behind what is supposed to be positive encouragement. I’m done with commercials and images that imply that women have to be fit, hardworking and perfect mothers / wives / girlfriends at the same time. You can do whatever you want with your body and life and although I respect the woman on the left for taking care of her body and of her three kids, I respect the woman on the right just as much for having a fulfilling relationship with her family and herself. If having a body like the woman on the right is not a goal in her life, and she’s perfectly happy with her own, it’s her fucking business.

WORD.

Everyone takes shit so personal. It’s like “Whats your excuse” if you’re actually trying or really wanting to lose weight. Obviously if you don’t want to, it doesn’t apply to you. Not everything is about you so get over it. People need to stop expecting every fucking person to be so goddam politically correct. I know it’s good to analyze and observe what you see in the media, but really, do you have to be offended by everything?
